In order to further ensure quality we sample all our molds on our in house molding machines. From basic tryouts to comprehensive SPC studies and Designs of Experiment, we can verify and certify the functionality of our molds. From commodity resins to engineering materials to flexible and rigid PVCs, we have the capability to test all our molds in a variety of materials to help guarantee success in production. Accurate and comprehensive processing data are meticulously recorded each time a tool is sampled. Equipped with a molding parameter data acquisition system, we can provide information such as cavity pressure data, injection integral data and velocity profile data to name just a few.
